Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Members complain that the font is too small and the light grey color on the white background does not provide enough to contrast making it difficult to read.  I don't find the color pallet icon on the edit feature. This especially true on the Meet our Members page

Can you be specific on what page are you seeing a light grey on white?

I am looking at the page you suggested and It looks good on my monitor,
Can I ask what monitor they are viewing the page on?
What OS are they using and what Browser.

Are your members aware of the browser tools like 
  • Ctrl + + → increase text/page size
  • Ctrl + - → decrease text/page size
  • Ctrl + 0 → reset to default size

I got on a Windows box with a regular monitor and saw what they meant. 
The text is a little larger and darker now.
