Attaching minutes to meeting

I was testing the process of adding meeting minutes from the File Manager. In the Meeting Materials box, I wanted to attach a test minutes file. When I went to select the file, I noticed that the files were not listed in the order I expected. They did not appear to follow the Level 0–8 structure, with files listed alphabetically within each level, that I had set up.

I had set Meeting Minutes 2026–27 to Level 0 and all the other folders to Level 1 or higher, expecting Meeting Minutes 2026–27 to appear first in the list.

Is there a way for us to control the order in which the files are displayed so that we can more easily find the file we are looking for?

I had also uploaded and deleted my test minutes file three times and kept the fourth upload. However, I noticed that the three deleted files are still displayed as options when selecting a file to attach. Is that expected?
