Access Settings & Recognition & Points.

The Recognition & Points module only appears on the Admin Console. "Recognition & Points" is not listed as assignable in the  Access Settings module.

The documentation "Your recognition badges" ( docs.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/my-recognition-badges/ ) (at the bottom of the page) says:
"Don't see any badges? Your club Admin or VP Education controls whether badges are displayed, on the Recognition & Points page. If badges are hidden for your whole club, ask them to turn them on."

But the VPE does not have access to "Recognition & Points" and the module cannot be assigned to the VPE with Access Settings.

There is nothing in the "Recognition & Points" For the VPE
The VPE affect the points by adjusting the historical agendas and reconciling the agendas in a timely manner.
The Badges are more on the Pathways report card and again that is driven by the agendas which the VPE has control over.
As it is a Club decision if the badges are shown the ClubAdmin has that control.
