L1 Evaluation & Feedback Part 3: The Evaluation

L1 Evaluation & Feedback Part 3 confuses members of my clubs.
Part 3 is an evaluation that is a speech that then receives its own evaluation.
I think it deserves its own article in the documentation, maybe with a sample speech detail sheet.
Club 1677, 8/25/2026, Evaluator 3 is such a case; maybe you could use it as an example. I made explicit who evaluates whom instead of relying on the auto-match of speeches and evaluators, though the auto-match may have worked.
 

That sounds like something you should send to Toastmasters international too get them to create a document that clarifies what exactly they want. If your members are confused then it is a lack in the original Pathways instructions.
