Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi There,

I am in Greater Issaquah Toastmasters, id = 5433. I just sent an email to officers, under 'Club E-Mail Addresses' and then clicking officers-5433@toastmastersclubs.org. I attached 2 images from the server (which I just uploaded). The email title is 'Club Bank Statement for August 2026'. I found the images became blank in the email I received.

How did you send the emails?
From your pc client, FTH Basic email, or FTH web client?
Where did you upload the images in file manager or in the page editor?

Can you post the source of the email you sent?

I repeated the steps and sent another email. Now the images are not blank. Not sure what happened, but I will keep an eye.
