Undeserved multiple meeting role credit within a single agenda

I am writing this as a club member of Silver & Wiser Club (777940) which upgraded to FTH4 on Monday August 31.  

I am looking at my Pathways report card in the role requirements for pathways Level 5 which requires that two roles be undertaken twice: Toastmaster of the Day, and Evaluator.  In both cases I am granted the double credit, in each case listing the meeting date twice.

These are from meeting agendas previous to FTH4 upgrade, built before FTH4 gained the explicit "role" construct. The past agendas were designed with both of these roles showing multiple times in the agenda with only the first one allowing member sign-up: the additional agenda appearances would have used the asterisk-in-agenda-title construction to match "Toastmaster Welcome", "Toastmaster asks for Introduction of Guests", "Toastmaster calls 5 minute break", "Toastmaster asks for Guest Comments" and "Toastmaster Closes Meeting".  Evaluators appeared twice in the agenda, first to explain project requirements and then again to deliver the evaluation.

This double-counting might be an occupational hazard of analyzing role credits from meeting agenda that don't use the explicit role construct.  Perhaps a workaround would be to not attribute the same role multiple times from the same meeting agenda.

We made some  changes and force create some roles based on the *Toastmaster* rules.
See if that made it better.
