Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I'm confused re "Marking it complete in Base Camp"  Do you mean the "Base Camp ticks this whole level" checkbox?  or am I missing something?

 

I was avoiding the Base Camp marks this whole level because it selects all the possible elective projects regardless of which ones were actually done.

Yes if basecamp shows a level green tick it means you completed the level, put a tick in the FTH Path level that matches the green tick, and that is all that is required. Only levels that you have not completed do you have to expand the level and show the project ticks.

Does that make more sense?

In most cases it is a screen shot of your basecamp overview and 5 ticks on FTH and you sent it to your VPE,

Hi Brian. OK so I don't worry about the fact that it ticks everything off including all the electives that I didnt do.

Correct, we are just interested in matching basecamp that the level is complete.
If a person has had the path since the beginning the requirements have changed at ;east 2 times. I am not interested in figuring out all the ins and outs. It is good enough that basecamp says it is complete as that is the final word.
