Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Our Club number is 28679104

We are using FreeToastHost 4 format.   Recently the website layout was automatically updated.   We are no longer able to login as Admin.    The original layout has two seperates login - Member login and Admin login.   With the new layout, we do not see Admin Login anywhere.   With Member Login, the admin username and password provided an error.   Advice please.

1) You are not the registered ClubAdmin you need to contact Shanon Vockovic[color=var(--tm-muted) !important]<shanon.vuckovic@dematic.com>

2) If she is not available Use this form and follow the directions[/color]

I am aware of that I am not an admin. However, the admin couldn't loggin either. We have Shanon Vockovic with shanon.vuckovic@dematic.com as the login username. She tried to login with Admin - username is 28679104. She tried the forget password and submit a new password. This still fail to login as Admin. Please advice

The admin login name is admin-28679104, not just the club number on its own.
Clubs #1137486 (D72) & #777940 (D61)

Hi,
Our club website has been migrated to FTH4 this week, and I have trouble logging in the admin. I have tried log in with user name as admin-club number, with our existing admin password. But still unable to log in. Please advice. Thank you!

If you read the email send to the ClubAdmin, you would see the link that was sent to you to RESET the Admin password.
