Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Migrating to FTH4; your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin;

How To Enter a Row for a Table Topics Speaker

Past suggestions suggest entering a row for each Table Topics Speaker so they can get points.  It was also suggested that you turn off "Member May sign up for this role".  I can not see a way to enter the member who gave that TT response without turning on "Member May sign up for this role" as the admin.  Even if I Turn on "Member May sign up" after the meeting, save the row & turn it off, the member name no longer shows.  The only option I can see is to turn "Member May sign up for this role" on after the meeting, enter the names so they get points and leave the feature on.
Is this the intended method?

This note should go in the FTH4 Best Practices. Should I copy it there, or can an admin just move it?
The technique should be noted somewhere in the documentation.

 It was also suggested that you turn off "Member May sign up for this role".
It depends on how the club & VPE wish to handle the process.

If X number of TTS roles are not in the template and the VPE is adding the role and assigning the member during reconciliation, there's no need to make the 'sign up for this role' adjustments to get the member list.

If the agenda has X number of TTS roles present in the template and dated agenda prior to the meeting, they can be left as sign up roles. This will reduce the VPE workload during reconciliation, even if they still have to add every participant.

I'm toying with the idea of doing the latter with 8 TTS roles in the template and leaving "Show this row on the printed agenda" unchecked. (My club loves printing agendas and the sequence of TTS participants is at the discretion of the Topicsmaster. Most weeks everyone present participates.)
