Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

The site admin needs to set a new password by clicking on the "forgot password" link and entering the club number in the box.

The admin sign in name has changed. It's now admin-<club number> (in your case, admin-7864253).

Hello - I have tried 3x to log in to our Admin-3565 site and have chanced the password 3x -- and am still unable to log in 
I am able to log in using my personal username and password but not able to log in as Administrator 
please advise

Please read the welcome email carefully and I think you will see the error. Type the admin user exactly as it is in the email and type your admin password by hand.
