Sorry, need a little help understanding where the 'fold' is located.

The Hero section (maroon block at the top) can be edited (the picture and the text in several locations) in the Public Website > Manage Website section of the Admin console.

A suggested edit to the Hero section is the 'Banner text'. The default as migrated from FTH3 is the club name which shows the club name twice in essentially the same location.

The three large buttons (Meeting Info, Visit as a Guest, TM Podcast) at the bottom of the Hero section cannot be edited or removed by clubs in FTH 4.0.

Below that, your custom content can be edited on the 'Main Page' section of the admin console.

For example, that great club picture you have in the custom content can be moved to the Hero section.
 

Edit the MainPage.

I don't see the "Main Page" section of the admin console. On the dashboard, I only see these 4 tools: social links, manage website, preview, website, and manage custom web pages. When I clicked on the "Manage Website", it only allowed me to edit the default top section on the main page. Please advice, thanks

You are not logged in as the club admin you are logged in as an officer with some rollers delegated to you.
