Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

FTH4 Admin Migration Issue

First of all, thanks for the effort in creating FTH4. We migrated recently, and we're loving the updated site and new features.

That said, I'm having trouble accessing the admin account for egs.toastmastersclubs.org (club 6721377).  I manage this as well as another site.
I never received a welcome email with reset instructions for this site. I've attempted password recovery for the admin account, but no emails are coming through. I've even tested emailing admin-6721377@toastmastersclubs.org directly, and no redirection to the expected email is occurring.

Can you advise on how to recover access to the admin account please?

Martin Foran is the admin. He's getting all your emails. You'll need to coordinate with him to see if he can transfer control to you.
