Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

New problem accessing xxx.toastmastersclubs.org club websites by number or alias

A fellow toastmaster reported that his club was having problems accessing FTH4 websites by number.  I then tested the issue on other clubs using numbers, alias & domain name.  Only the domain names are going through.  I am using Chrome browser and get the same results with an incognito window.  I have attached 2 screenshots for two clubs using numbers that fail and here are a few more that fail.

My club works with a domain name works and others also:  Club # 1294652;   hgpmt.org
It would appear that something, somewhere has changed.

I see from similar tickets that:
The issue has been resolved and a new certificate has been installed.
You may have to clear your browser cache to pick the new certificate up.

I tested one site with a number & it works again.
