Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

First of all thank you for a great improvement on all the aspects of FTH. It is different and I am exploring the how tos and finding new ways to accomplish what i previously had mastered. That is GREAT!

Now, for printing the agenda, we like the TM templates with the pretty header, but they really print oddly in FTH4 with too much info on the side panel. Is there any way to fix this on our end?  I realize that we can go to other templates, but this was the one we liked best.

Please provide a dated agenda and club number that we can look at.
The information present is what you have entered.
What information is "too much"

looking at club 5265 and agenda date Sept 17.

1) You have your theme in the meeting description box instead of the theme box in the agenda.
2) you can turn off the meeting description when printing.

Hi Brian. I thought I had added the FTH3 and FTH 4 agendas so you could see the difference. The agenda I printed for September 10 meeting of Club 5265 - ended up having our land acknowledgement down the side panel. Previously that was at the top of the page. i took pictures and thought I had added them to the original question posted.

You were probably using the Hybrid agenda if the meeting description was on the top

No, we have never been a hybrid club. We do want the land acknowledgement to show properly, but we also want the club header to be there.  

I can edit the agenda template to remove the theme, but we do need the land acknowledgement there as well.

I've added the two comparisons below of a FTH3 agenda and an FTH4 agenda and how it looks. It would be great to be able to print as before, but we can certainly use the other options if this cannot be fixed.
