Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello our club cannot log in either. I have tried to reset several times and when I go to put the new password in it says it doesn't work and now I am logged out for 15 minutes.

Member or password is incorrect. Note that both may be case-sensitive. This is what I get after I try to reset the password. It takes the reset password I put in but then will not allow me to log in.

I am club president, I am able to log in as me so maybe there is where the issue is coming from? I need to be able to log in as administrator along with other officers?

Are you using the correct admin user name?

Are you using the Correct admin password?

They are NOT the same as in FTH3 or your personal member user and password.
