Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Online link not showing on the agenda

We just had out first meeting on FTH4. The Zoom link for the hybrid meeting came over fine in the FTH3>FTH4 transition. However, we can not get it to appear on the agenda. We have even tried to use the override field and it does not show up. We have checked the "Online Link" check box in both the print and send by email options of getting the agenda out, and still the URL for the Zoom link will not show on the agenda.

I found if I put the same URL into the "Default online meeting URL" field, the Default online meeting URL field will go blank. Likely you have a test for that field that if it is the same as the venue field, it will be blanked.
