Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I have been frustrated, trying to log in as admin but continuously getting error messages about wrong name or password.  I know it's correct as I use it frequently.  I contacted the 2 others who use it and was told it has been working for them.

When were upgraded this is the message we got:  Good news: your club's website, Health and Safety Toastmasters (Club 286787), has been upgraded to FreeToastHost 4 and is ready for you.Note that the club number is 286787.  Sometime this evening, with no communication it has been changed to 28678702.  Apparently this is why after "too many tries", I was locked out and asked to wait 11 minutes.  I am the administrator.
Can you explain what happened?  Thanks
