Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

West Kendall Toastmasters, Club 8370

Hello! We made a mistake with a member’s speech records on our old FTH 3.0 site back in March. We marked her down as on the Presentation Mastery path. She never bought PM, she’s on Dynamic Leadership. We’re trying to update this on the Admin Console but it says a Superadmin is required to change this information.

The member is Harneet Walia, Member ID 68036047. She bought the Dynamic Leadership Path on March 2, 2026. We have retroactively updated our meeting agendas to reflect this but our FTH 4.0 site continues to note she’s a Level 2 Presentation Mastery speaker (and it shows Presentation Mastery badges for her). Attached is a photo of her original Path selection confirmation.

Can you please amend her Purchased Pathways Module to Dynamic Leadership?
