Officers All Wrong

Hi there,I am requesting assistance with site access and officer permissions for Progressive Speaking Club (#1825615).Our club president has approved updating our site administration access. However, I still do not have Site Admin or VP Education privileges to manage our meeting agendas. I presume that since our listed officers on the site need to be updated to reflect our current executive team, that may be one reason why.Could you please assist in updating or resetting our primary Site Administrator email (or assigning VPE permissions) so we can update our officer roles and manage upcoming agendas?Thank you for your help!

I have done this and our president Dr Shirley Stallworth approved admin access. Additionally, I ensured that the officers are correct in TMI. But Admin is not showing up for me, the VPE. I cannot add or edit agendas as I've done until this migration. Your help is appreciated.

ClubAdmin is a completely separate signin from your usual member sign in.

Dr Shirley Stallworth DTM is the Club Admin, she has the ClubAdmin welcome email.

 

I just spoke with @Dr Shirley Stallworth. She cannot find the welcome admin email. She asked if you could provide detailed step-by-step instructions to add or delegate admin status for the VPE to create agendas. Thank you.
