Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Editing Homepage - Removing Meeting Info?

Hi! 

I'm wondering about editing the homepage for our club's website?
  • Is there a way to remove "Meeting info - Schedule coming soon" and "Visit as a guest - Plan your first visit"? The "Plan a visit" and "View meetings" buttons would cover what we need. Also removing "Upcoming meetings - Plan your visit" at the bottom of the homepage? - essentially disabling the meeting function beyond the calendar? 
  • I'm wondering if we can add alt text to the cover image? I don't see how to do this in the back-end. 
  • And would it be possible to add a "News" content type and let us post news articles that can then be shared on social media etc.? Maybe this belongs in suggestions forum.

1) For now no.

2) alt text for hero image added

3) You can add all the content you want on the MainPage which is under the hero section.
