Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Adding TTS removes TT master

For Table Topics, if I change this in Manage Agenda from 'members may sign up for this role' to 'several people fill this row (Table Topics)' then the table topics master is removed from the agenda line item and only the TTS display. What is the best way to get Table Topics Master recorded in the agenda (pre meeting and post meeting) and TTS recorded in the agenda (post meeting)?

There are a few options - but you need to have them as 2 roles - one for Topics Master and one for TTS (speakers)
I've made the TTS role 0 minutes and unchecked "show this role on the printed agenda"  - as I use it purely for reconciliation.  You could put it in the agenda immediately after the Topics Master role or add it at the end of the agenda.  I put it beneath the Topics Master as it does show an the online agenda

Or you can make the Topics Master role short (e.g. 1-2 minutes), and allocate the rest of the time to the TTS role
