Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

  1. Admin console - Access Setting.  If a person has multiple roles, when you select the one role that needs access, it also check off the second officer role they have.  Eg Secretary is also the IPP.  There is one area we want to give 4 officers access. But I can only do 3 because the Sec/IPP is check as 2. Can the IPP not be set as a default if the members has another officer role.
  2. What’s the default text font. 
    On Manage webpage, I can’t change the custom message to match other font.
  3. The same Contact message is populating in several areas. Would love to have the ability to customize it in the different pages.

  4. Can 3 drop down selection box be added to the agenda where the VPE or TMOD can record who was the Best Speaker, Best Evaluator and Best Table Topic Answer.  Then have the availability to report on it. 
  5. How to add auto signature when sending email.  Every meeting there agenda has a different message and subject. So setting up a template is not going to work. FTH3 has a nice option where you set the signature and didn’t had to change it unless there was a need.

1) Time to start educating your members on the responsibilities of the executive. Also have every member read the Toastmasters Promise out loud. Especially "To serve my club as an officer when called upon to do so"
