Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Assign Officers - why is it limited to selecting two roles per person?

The Toastmasters Club Constitution states:
"a club must have a minimum of three (3) officers: the Club President, a Vice President (either Education, Membership, or Public Relations), and the Club Secretary or Club Secretary-Treasurer, and each of these offices must be held by a different person."
AND
"In addition, the Club President and the Treasurer cannot be the same person."

With those rules in place, it is possible for one single person to be VPE, VPM, VPPR, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, Immediate Past President, AND Other Officer all at the same time in the same club. Why do we need an artificial restriction to only allow Assign Officers to give a single person a max of two roles?

While the example I give is ridiculous, I've absolutely seen smaller clubs where one person has 3 officer roles simultaneously. I'm sure there even exist some where someone has 4 officer roles simultaneously.

Then make them the Club Admin.
We are not changing the assignment it will remain ClubAdmin and 3 officers.
