Unless TI changed the rules recently, this should be

"A member may hold up to five positions (six if one is Immediate Past Club President), and each of the eight elected positions is held by one member. “Other Officer” is the catch-all and may be given to any number of members."

I am VPE, VPM, and Treasurer of 4846432. A club must have at least three people to fill the seven positions, which means offices could be allocated 5,1,1 plus IPP.

The new Assign Officers card does not let me assign myself to the three offices I hold.

TI only specifies that a club must have 3 officers, President, Secretary, and 1 VP
The other officer positions can be vacant.

President and Secretary because they hold the voting rights for the club at the TI AGM.

Okay. My belief is that TI requires at least three people to fill at least three offices (President, VP, and Secretary), with four vacant offices, but those three people could fill all seven elected offices.

On the TI site, I'm listed as VPE, VPM, and Treasurer. Until you implemented the new Assign Officers card, FTH handled my three officer positions. As a workaround, I've assigned VPM to our President so the contact-4846432@toastmastersclubs.org email is sent to someone.

Please reconsider the two-officer limitation.

If you just assign the Senior Officer office and then assign those other task using the Access Settings things will work much better.

Come election time have all the members read out loud the Toastmasters promise that they all signed.
Especially the line
