Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Can clubs have two Website Administrators?

Hello:  
This is Krispin Andersen with Titan Toastmaster #2368.   I had another another suggestion.  
On the Website Administrator, can we have at least two Website Administrator that can update the homepage, update Pathways information, anything the officer's don't get two.
Having at least two Website Administrator would help just in case one of them gets busy and is not able to do keep things fresh.    Also if the Website Administrator leaves the club, you have another person that can take over.   Which happened in the other club I am in and rather then learning Free ToastHost they bought a domain and are paying for a Website that does not stand up to the branding standards of Toastmasters.   That’s why it's important to have at least two Website Administrators.

No, one clubadmin per site.
That clubadmin can delegate functions to other officers.
