Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Agenda Template Meeting End Time

The  meeting template does not include a meeting end time field, just the start time.  So I have add the end time for each meeting created with that template.
It would be helpful of an end time could be added to the template.

The end time is calculated by the length of all the roles in a meeting. We can't arbitrarily set an end time.

To clarify, we requesting that we have the option to set the end time the same as we do when we edit the meeting.  Our club ends at 8pm sharp.  The club believes in time management, one of TMI's lessons.  By not having the option, lessens the value of the template and requires I enter each meeting to add the stop time.  Having the stop time also posts a clean meeting on the calendar for members and guests to see.

On your template add a role called end zero minutes and that will be the end of your meeting time. You will still have to manage all the accumulated roles times to make the meeting end at 8:00

Could you help me understand if there's a limitation preventing the optional end time field from being included in the Template? It would be super helpful to have it there since we already use it when updating meetings.

How are we going to know what to add or cut from your meeting to make it exactly end at 8:00 only you can do that.
