Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

When I use the edit a meeting function to include an end time, that doesn't cut anything from the meeting. But it would be helpful if the end date were in the temple.  Meetings should not be open-ended. That sets a bad precedent. Our meeting Toastmaster respects people's time. Our club takes that very seriously.

You can add the meeting end role to the template.
Then any meetings that people have not signed up to yet you can reapply the template and the new role will ba added.

I was talking about the meeting end time. Otherwise it doesn't show on the calendar.

Your meeting are showing a start and end time 75 minutes later, which is the length of your meeting
I am not in your time zone so the times are off

Yes, those are the correct times when looking at it from your time zone.  

If you look at Nov 17, that one was posted using the template - and with your help, updated with the correct template.

Next I will use the edit function to set the end time so it looks like the other calendar meeting.
