Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

"Member Access Log" incomplete

The "Member Access Log" theoretically shows a member's last logon up to 365 days ago.

I was surprised to see that 3 of our members names weren't mentioend.
One has confirmed that she logs in regularly  "Aneta Ochwat", yet, she doesn't show in the list.

Please advise
Is there a max row return or some other itm that is resulting in the name not showing.

There is no log of her signing into FTH4. The last sign in was on FTH3 is with her last sign-in there was 2026-07-26 (Safari).

I've sent that information to her as she had advised she had logged in, looked at the new format.
I've asked her to take a screenshot, with a timestamp, so i can share it.
