Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

"Member Access Log" incomplete

The "Member Access Log" theoretically shows a member's last logon up to 365 days ago.

I was surprised to see that 3 of our members names weren't mentioend.
One has confirmed that she logs in regularly  "Aneta Ochwat", yet, she doesn't show in the list.

Please advise
Is there a max row return or some other itm that is resulting in the name not showing.

There is no log of her signing into FTH4. The last sign in was on FTH3 is with her last sign-in there was 2026-07-26 (Safari).

I've sent that information to her as she had advised she had logged in, looked at the new format.
I've asked her to take a screenshot, with a timestamp, so i can share it.

Hi, here is the feedback received from the one person who wasn't showing. 
I will seeif the others are the same.Up until now, my login process was:

Go to the main Toastmasters page.

Find my club.

Access our club page directly from there.

When I did it this way, I could see the club details and main page, but I was never prompted to accept the site cookies after the recent changes.

Just now, I went directly to our club website and clicked “Log In.” This time, I was prompted to accept the cookies, and after doing that, I could see the full page with my updated login information. It looks like my previously saved cookies have been retaining outdated login information.

FTH4 only creates cookie when you sign in. FTH4 doesn't have the floating banner that was tracked for only once a day.

Are the people who are not showing signing in?

I have only had feedback from one member to date.  I will check with the others.
They have advised they were logged in, but, I haven't watched what they did yet, or had an in-person conversation. 

At this point, I would just consider this background information in case others report they have issues.
I will continue to seek information, and get our team to authenticate.
