(Urgent request) Cannot see "Attendance" Club number=2933, Club name=Kamakura

Dear FTH4 support,
I am Satoru Yamasaki, Administrator of Kamakura TMC, club number=2933.
In FTH3, Toastmaster of the Day could see Attendance (Present, Absent, not recorded of the members).
However, now, in FTH4, Toastmasters of the Day cannot see Attendance.
When I sign-in "admin-2933", then I can see Attendance and I can know who is attending, not attending or not recorded.
I believe, Toastmasters of the Day need to know the members' attendance status even in any club.
Therefore, I ask you what requirements or what roles or what Officers is required for the purpose to see "Attendance".

By the way, I undesrstand Toastmasters of the Day is one of the persons who can see "Attendance" list.
However, who are the other persons who can see "Attendance" list.?
Or what requirements or condition are required to see "Attendance" list?

Who ever has update authority to the agenda.
ClubAdmin, VPE, and the delegated by the ClubAdmin.

OK, I understand.
For the certain role in order to see Attendance, I had better create the role who has update authority to the agenda.
I will try this.

Used the ClubAdmin Access Settings to assign to other officers up to 3 for each officer task.
