Role not recorded on Pathways Report

Question: 
Why is our general evaluator role not showing in the pathways report card for an individual when they are assigned in agenda.

Specifics:
Sept 28th Agenda, i have the agenda item for General Evaluator.    
For Presentation Mastery, Lvl 5, I have to do the GE twice.  
Currently, there are no agendas connected for completion. 

I though, was on the agenda as the General Evaluator for our September 28, 2026 meeting
I have checked
a) the role is showing the drop down General Evaluator
b) I am assigned
c) it is not excluded
d) I cannot see any other pathway which has captured this item.

Curious what am I missing.
I don't want to override, as I want to ensure our setup is correct for Pathways Report cards going forward.

Did you reconcile the agenda before looking? I can see it is there once you reconcile the agenda it will be credited, or wait until after Sunday when the auto reconcile runs.


 

Interesting.  The agenda has been set for a bit  so would have thought it  would have caught in the Sunday run.   (As an aside, what does the Sunday run include:  all meetings that are scheduled, and not reconciled?  any changes to meetings?

Given that I wasn't sure, I went into the meeting and hit reconcile.
It now shows that I can recompute the badges, etc, or unreconcile.
This implies to me the reconcile has finished.

I went back to my report card 
I don't see a ton of data, but, GE is definitely showing not on an agenda.

I then went to Manage Pathway Report Cards, and navigated to mine
Still no credit for General Evaluator

Renciliation can only happen after the meeting has happened.

You meeting was Sept 28

Reconcile means to do the function
Un-reconcile means to undo the function.

My terminology may be inaccurate.

1.  I can see in my pathways for roles, items forward dated, ie showing that it is on the agenda for Oct 5.  General evaluator has been assigned to me for a bit, so that is why I was surprised it wasn't showing.

2. Given the meeting has occured, I did the task to unreconcile, and re-reconcile.   It still didn't show.

It now does show but I thnk that is related to the date change, and it caught the GE from previous dates.

It's possible it was assigning GE to some other pathway, but, I had looked and not found it.
The reports don't, as far as I could tell, indicate what pathway or level the role has been assigned to  -- that would likely help when debugging this stuff.

It seems to be working now, but, I will follow other completions to see if I can find the pattern.

I may put in a request for a report that would show how roles were assigned to pathway levels

I can see the GE assigned from the SEPT 28 meeting
Oct 5 won't be assigned until after the meeting.
