Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Outdated Agenda Migrated into Website

When I log into Free Toast Host, an agenda dated January 23, 2012 appears under Manage Agenda.  How do I get rid of this old agenda that somehow got migrated there?  How did this happen?

All agendas were migrated
The admin or officer with access can delete it if it has no relevance.
We don't recommend deleting any agendas as they provide a history of members' speeches and roles.

The agenda is from 2012. When I click on the calendar for 9/12/26, the agenda for January 23, 2012 pops up. I have the page up now (accessed through calendar) and there are no buttons that have delete. When I go to the Meeting Agenda Settings, there is nothing there from 9/12/26 to delete. How do I delete this?

When you state all agendas were migrated, from where were they obtained?

All FTH3 agendas for each were migrated.

There is no meeting on September 12, 2026, that is a blank date. 

 

If you click on it your are seeing the entry page if you want to make a manual entry to the calendar.
There is no calendar entry on January 23 2012

The agenda that gets displayed when you click on September, 14 2026, is NOT from January 23,2012. 
That agenda was created using a template/meeting that someone had created using a very old template where the Agenda description was manually loaded with information from January 23, 2012.

You can delete that single agenda you have showing in meetings as that is the one with the incorrect meeting description.
