Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I notice that members of my district site can now be listed as "Division Director {A|B|C|D|E|F}" with a unique email address. Formerly, they could only be identified as "Division Director" and were part of a group. A similar refinement happened with Area Directors.

I missed the support ticket that requested this or any mention of it anywhere. I just happened to notice it. It really makes the district site much more useful to have consistent email addresses for district officer positions.

Where is the structure of the District specified? Did you grab it from the TI site? Our district 203 is perfectly defined with the correct divisions and names, and the divisions have the correct number of areas. How did that happen?
