Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

In the former FTH, a project speaker could log into the members area, access the agenda, and enter their speaker’s introduction for the project speech. Is this option still available? If so, please share details on how a speaker can access
this capability.

Yes, when someone signs up for a speech role, a 'Speech Details' button is available for them to select the project and enter a title and introduction.

Many thanks for the reply, Richard. If the role was assigned by the VPE (not signed up for BT the speaker) is the option still available to the speaker?

Yes. The Speech Details button is always available to a member in a speaking role, regardless of how the member's name came to be assigned to the role.
