Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Need Copy of Prospect or Guest Follow-up Reports Prior to Upgrade

Can the latest 1336031 Member Management FTH3 follow-up reports, for prospects and guests, be retrieved? Recently I looked under Member Management FTH4 and I noticed prior follow-up FTH3 information for these categories was not retained. Enclosed is a screenshot of the club's current FTH4 Report Follow-up report information and an example of a previous FTH3 Member Management Prospect Follow-up Report. Unfortunately, the FTH3 report example is from 2025, and I would like a record of my latest FTH3 follow-up updates. I did not regularly printout or save follow-up reports because I thought this information would be readily available. Thank you, Club 1336031 VPM.
