Migrating to FTH4
Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.
If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.
If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Member Profile Changes

I made changes to my member profile. While it seemed to save correctly, when I go and view the public "Meet Our Members" page, the old information is still showing. I've attempted to make the change multiple times, but the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong?
It is for Cal Poly Toastmasters Club, calpolytoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/ . Club number: 28676059.
It happens for my other club, SLO Noontime Toastmasters, slonoontime.toastmastersclubs.org/ , too. Club number 5204.
Also, the information I entered for the mentorship does not stick either (see attached screenshot), I keep entering the information, but it does not really save.

Please clear your browser cache and cookies and reload the site(s) from the server. (link at the bottom of all club site pages.)
I looked at your public and private profile for club 28676059 and don't see any differences.
If the issues persist (including the mentor settings), please elaborate with specific differences including page addresses for the FTH dev team to investigate.
