Attaching Meeting Minutes to Agenda

In FTH3, we were able to attach a meeting minutes file directly to an agenda, with an easy-to-use feature below the Meeting Notes section near the bottom of the agenda.  It was not necessary to understand or access File Manager, and that FTH3 feature for attaching meeting minutes directly to an agenda simplified things considerably for our less-tech-savvy Secretaries.

In FTH4, I no longer see any option for attaching a meeting minutes file directly to an agenda.  I'm also not seeing anything about this in the support documentation for agendas.

I hope I'm just overlooking something simple to which someone can point me.  If not, will it be possible for this feature to be reinstated in FTH4?

P.S. I have no idea what the "topic icons" (below the Subject field for this "New Topic") are supposed to represent, and hovering over an icon does not launch an informational popup, so I'm just hoping that the "?" icon is reasonable for this Subject.

Neither do we.   ? icon is perfect.

This function is present in FTH4. Club Admin, secretary and anyone with access to add/edit agendas has the function to attach documents to each agenda. if you see some aspect of this function that can be better, please add it to the 'FTH4 Suggestions & Improvements' forum.
