Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Question on Multiple Pathways Levels & Resetting Recognition Points for October

Hi,I have two quick administrative questions regarding our club website:
  1. Multiple Pathways Tracks: How do we properly assign and display multiple active Pathways and Levels for a single member who is enrolled in more than one path?
  2. Resetting Recognition / Points for October: We are launching a new member recognition point system starting in October. Is it necessary to delete our past meeting agendas to start fresh, or can we filter the recognition points tracking system to only calculate data starting from October 1st onward?

The project pull down identifies the Path and project when they sign up.
If you are talking about meeting roles it is assigned on first Path purchased
