Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

New members are unable to log-on

I have members unable to log-in to our club's FTH site - HIOSH Toastmasters Club - 28678988. The members tried to use "Forget Password" but never got a link via e-mail. 

They have an account with Toastmasters International and are able to log-on with no issues. They are signed up to our club HIOSH Toastmasters Club - 28678988. I noticed they are not part of the active members on the FTH site.

1) We would need to know the members names
2) if they are not in the members list then they cannot sign in.
3) did you check if they were put into another list by mistake?
