Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

How do I verify, and as needed, modify the officer/email address that the non-officer email addresses in the system? 
  • Mentors/mentees emails - who do these go to? Our club does not have an active mentor program at this time.
  • Guests/prospects/friends emails - who do these go to? It would make sense for them to go to the VPM. It would also make sense for it to go the club's gmail account that multiple people have access to.
  • Website administrator email - I suspect these are directed to me since I am listed as the administrator, but I would prefer that it be directed to the club's gmail account so that the other officers who already have access can act as backup
How do I change who the Contact Us form contacts? I attempted to change the administrator email from my personal email to the club email, but the test emails that I sent continued to come to my personal account.
