Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hi Steffan:  What does your answer below have to do with my question?
So members that have dropped can be marked as former members---but they never drop off our member list?

Club number and the name of the members who have left?

Did you use the member managment tool and move the member to Former Members?
Thank you,

Golden Toastmasters- 1640675  (I gave this info already), Jodi Massmasn dropped now.

So members that have dropped  from the club can be marked as former members---but they never drop off our member list?

You asked:  Did you use the member management tool and move the member to Former Members?
I am not an Admin so no.

Ask your admin or VPM or President (they have access to you club's Membership Management module) to move any former members to the Former members list  here is the documenttion on how to do this:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/m...-to-other-categories
Former members stay on your database - you can retrieve their records if needed, or if they return to the club.  And they show on speech records for speakers they've evaluated.
Former members don't show on the current member dropdowns for agendas, and they aren't included in emails sent to members.
