Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Agenda Shows Past President Where Presiding (Current) Officers Should

At the end of the agenda where the Presiding Officer closes out the meeting the Current President should be listed. It is always shows the past preident. How to correct?

1) We always require your club number.
2) If you are talking about an agenda, please provide the agenda date.

1st) Where are we to put the club number? Subject or Message
2nd) All the future agendas show the past presidents name. We had a new one and then he left and now a month into the
new TM year we have new one and neither of them show as a president.
3rd) All the future agendas show that the "past president" has a star next to the members name saying it's the 1st time for doing this role. He is a 25yr member and in this club he has held this role as president and past several times (years).

You can put your name and club number in the forum Profile.
I checked your current Agenda template and there are no pre-assignments.
The gold star beside the name means it was manually added by some one with agenda edit access.
Agenda editors are President, VPE, IPP, Secretary, ClubAdmin

You will have to manually release those roles for all the future agendas.
