Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Our VPE who helps manage most of our content on our FTH site keeps getting kicked off and an email sent to her that she is no longer a member of our West Pearland Toastmaster Club. This has happened over 5 times in the past week. Myself or one of the other Officers has to re-add her as an officer in order for her to regain access to the website. We then have to reassign admin rights through the Website Access link each time this happens. 

Please see the email below our VPE & Officers receives each time this happens.

Has she forwarded an email with a "not a member" link recently?

Those can be clicked on by anyone who receives the email.
