Entering past Pathways accomplishments

We really need some help here,
I am the administrator of our clubs site.  With the new FTH 4 we are trying to move over to using the site to it best advantage.  Using the agenda for the first time is going well,
The problem is in recording past levels and paths.  Using me as an example. I finished Presentation Mastery and Engaging humour several years ago.  Toastmasters International does not have those dates other then levels and pathways completion.  In order to fill this in, I have to go searching through weeks and weeks of our agendas to try to find the dates the speeches were given. This is a big obstacle for members who have been around since the inception of Pathways.

Do you have any guidance, tips, or suggestions for us?

Phil you are doing it the hard way.

We built a tool just for clubs like yours.
Go to the member profile
click on Pathways report card
Click on "Check against Base Camp"
Make sure all the paths they purchased are there.
In another window go the your basecamp profile on toastmasters.org
Click on your path and overview and take a screenshot.
Upload the screen shot into the "Check against Base Camp"
That will up date the members report card.
