Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello, I have noticed that my Pathways badges are not showing or printing on the agenda. Can you please help me understand why, or if this is a bug? -Thanks!

There's a setting in the Recognition and Points area of the admin console where the display of Pathways badges can be turned off. ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/recognition-points ) Someone might have ticked that box.

Thanks for the suggestion, Heni. The Pathways badges are enabled on our site. The badge does show for another member, but not for me.

I thought it was worth suggesting that first, but if other members are seeing their badges, then that obviously isn't the cause. It's above my pay grade, so we'll need to wait for Brian to comment.

Only DTM badges are shown on the printed agenda

That would explain what I am seeing. Thank you for clarifying that.

I just now noticed the DTM badge is NOT showing on the public member directory, but is showing on the private member directory. Should I open a separate topic for that?
