Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

"Public" folders not viewable by members

I think to be consistent Public folders should be viewable and downloadable when logged in as a member. Include the "Public" badge to make it clear. So , like an access control scheme:  Public < Members < Officers

Explanation:
We have multiple download folders, using the access control that FTH provides (Public, Members, Officers)

I have a folder that is "Public" but when logged in as a member I can't see it.   The file manager says "anyone can download", but that isn't quite true: members can't. They have to switch to the Public page. This is confusing.

When logged in as a member, and as a club officer, I see the "Officers" folders (with the badge) and "Members" folders.  This makes sense.  This behaviour just needs to be expanded to include the Public folders.

Other than that it's a great system.  Thanks!

PS an alternative is to change the File Manager text "Public -- anyone can download" to "Public users only"

Anyone can see the files, Click on the public site and click on resources and then public downloads.

Thank you,
