Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Reset an FTH site for a club that has not used it in years

I am a newly appointed Area Director - A13.  One of the clubs in this group is not and has not used their previously set FTH site for years.  No current member remembers who is the admin or record.  Nobody in the current membership knows how to login into the site for even some base updates.

The previously remembered possible Admin is no longer living and thus I've hit a wall in trying to help them to reset and begin to use base functionality of the club.  I put in a request to have their Admin passord reset but no current member of the club reports that they got a reset option.  It does appear the club contact info is out of date enough that this approach does not work.

The club in question is #4333 Merced Sunrise Toastmasters club.  I am not a formal member of their club, just their Area Director.

Can you offer steps to be followed by me or any possible member of their club to help us regain access to the Admin role for this club?

Sincerely,

Bosco Ramirez Sr.
A13 Area Director
