Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

No longer able to open club web site

I used to be able to log in using ExpressVPN, then it depended on which location I set it to (and it didn't always seem consistent), and then I had to switch to Avast SecureLine, and as of 4 days ago or so, it stopped working there too.  There is a setting that's supposed to allow a website to be added as an exemption but that feature doesn't seem to be working.  I don't want to have to turn off VPN altogether just to be able to access the club website.  Any solutions?  It would be great if VPN was allowed.

Most VPN have been blocked because of abuse.
FTH doesn't support VPN for accessing the server.

I'm trying to understand why it's fine accessing the forum with VPN on but not the club websites, since both are on the same main domain.  (Please don't restrict access to the forum just because I've now confirmed it works with VPN on.  How would people even ask questions about the issue?)

To clarify on my last message, basically I'm trying to understand why VPN is a security issue for the club websites but not the support site.

The support site runs on a different server with different security requirements.

Is blocking the VPN something new for the FTH4 site? I didn't have any trouble at all before this version using VPN. Very disappointing that I would need to risk not using my VPN on my work or personal laptop just to be able to get into the FTH4 site. No other options?
