Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Toastmaster No Longer has Edit Meeting Privs for meeting agenda header

Just as the following forum that was closed, only 3 officers can edit the meeting agenda header part. Clicking on 'Edit Meeting' on the upper left resulted in the screen with the message 'Only Admin, President etc.' can manage meetings. Before this upgrade the Toastmaster could do that. That puts a lot of work on 3 officers, why would we not want Toastmaster to be able to edit that? If we can't then we will be forced to change setting to say every member of our club has one of those 3 officer roles or give the admin password to everyone. Want to be able to edit the WOD to include full definition, examples etc and have that edit the agenda. Is there a setting or way to give the Toastmaster of the meeting that editability?

The Theme and the Word of the day are now part of the regular agenda which the Toastmaster has access to,
and do not need to be in the Meeting Description header. I see you now have it  in both places, why?
