Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Agenda sign up, member name menu

Club #7939477, Question, I do not see a name of the member in the drop down menu in Agenda role sign ups. Also, in the drop down menu, there are names of former members who are no longer with the club. How do I get the current  members sync with FTH agenda sign up?

FreeToastHost does not automatically synch with Toastmasters Int. You must manually adjust your membership, add new members, remove old members, etc. in Membership Management. For this, you need to be either the admin or a club officer with membership management privileges.

Did you add the members that ou are looking for to the members list ?
Members have to be added manually and when they leave moved to former members.
