Online Timer Sheet not available to all members + Member site Time Zone

Hello,

1 - Is there a setting that we must enable in order for all club members to have access to the Online Timer Sheet?  Recently, our (non-officer) Timer showed us online that his FTH meeting agenda had only the Printed Timer Sheet option, and no button for Online Timer Sheet.  We only transitioned to using FTH for meeting agendas as of Oct. 1, so we are all still learning how to use it. 

2 - We are a BC club and our public site shows the correct time zone (PDT) for our meetings.  On my member site's meeting list, however, it is showing MST as the time zone.  Even if the time is the same now, I'd like the time zone to show PDT, since I'm located in Vancouver.  Where can I correct the time zone?

1 - The printed timer sheet is available to everyone whereas the online timer sheet is available only to the person who signed up as timer on that dated agenda. (imagine the ensuing train wrecks if more than one person could simultaneously control the online timer sheet.)

2 - Recent changes in Western Canada's standard/daylight savings polices may not yet have caught up. Ref the following topic;
